Hello world!

I’ve started this blog to have an journal/log of my weight loss journey. I’m currently doing weight watchers and following a walking routine to lose weight. I started weight watchers 3 weeks ago and I’ve earned my 5lb star. I weigh in on fridays so we’ll see how it goes.

Last week I lost 1lb exactly. The week before that I didnt lose anything or gain anything I stayed the exact same. The week before that I lost 4.2 lbs. That was a great week! We’ll see how this week leaves us!

Hey Tosha!- stick with the game plan – two pounds is hopefully two pounds you wont have to lose again, right?! :)

Weight Watchers is one of those things that works great for some people, not so great for others. It is something that we all need to experience at one point or another to know though, don’t you agree?

What I don’t like is that the program talks so much about losing pounds but doesn’t talk about gaining muscle at all (which, as we all know, burns fat!).

For those that don’t want to go to the local grunting meatmarket (you might know it as your local gym) and if we get bored of walking around the park, there isnt much of a solution left.

I told my husband about your post (he is honestly the best personal trainer in Colorado and specializes in working with JC and WW clients).

He told me to let you know he would be happy to gift you a couple of free sessions so you could stay on track and get to where you want to be and give you the tools to stay there :)

He does his personal training all via the webcam – which I am sure you are very familiar with :) So location is not a problem (and you can do it from home). If you havent heard of webcam personal training sessions before here is a blog entry that talks about it if you want to know more.

Just leave him a comment and he will know who you are (I told him all about your post)

    Very best,

    Taryn

It takes time to loose weight, I have lost 70 pounds and it will be 4 years in october that I have kept it off. Has it been easy, no and I work very hard to keep it off and I don’t always win every battle but I stick with it and I always find success. I do also work for weight watchers but that does not mean I have it made as far as my weight is concerned. Give us an UPDATE! :-)
